How Dark Is Your Night

Job 17:12, "They change the night into day; 'The light is near,' they say, in the face of darkness." NKJVRecently the power went off in our neighborhood. The pastorium is located next to the church parking lot. The parking lot is well lit. When we lost power the darkness was overwhelming. You could not see anything. Even the white church could not be seen.Sometimes the darkness of night surrounds our lives. Some event has taken away all the light that we normally have. Death, illness, financial ruin, or some other catastrophe may invade the brightness of our lives and bring us into a deep darkness. God knows our darkness. He wants us to know that in the face of our darkness He is at work. He will cause the light to shine again. His glory is being delivered in a way that will bring glory and peace back into our lives.Is your night in deep darkness? Day is coming. Soon the light of His love will break through your gloom and despair. Trust Him. He is driving out the darkness in lives that will depend on Him. Call on Him today. Let Him begin the lightening process in your life. He has the answer for the darkest night. He will not leave you there alone.
