David Nance has been the pastor of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Rome, GA since 2001. He is married and has four children. He and his family live on a family farm in rural Floyd County in NW GA.
David earned a BS in Agricultural Engineering from UGA, an MS in Education from Berry College, and completed additional graduate work in ministry from Luther Rice. The one thing David is most proud of is that he spent 13 years teaching verse by verse through the entire Old Testament on Wednesday nights and 10 years preaching verse by verse through the entire New Testament on Sunday mornings. "I have literally prepared a sermon or Bible study that includes every verse in the Bible!"
