Dr. Alan Branch was born in Dallas, GA. He obtained a BBA (91) from Kennesaw State College, an MDiv (93) and Ph.D (2000) from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Dr. Branch was the pastor of Turner Memorial Baptist Church in Garner, NC from 1993-2001. In 2001 he joined the administration and faculty of Midwestern Baptist Seminary in Kansas City, MO. He currently serves as Vice President for Student Development and Assistant Professor of Christian Ethics. Alan and his wife Lisa have been married for 19 years and they have two daughters Joy and Anna Beth. The Branches are members of Lenexa Baptist Church in Lenexa, KS which has been identified as one of 10 break-out churches in America by Dr. Thom Rainer.
